摘要
目的 探讨纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果.方法 选取 2020 年1月至 2023 年 6 月河池市人民医院收治的 90 例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=45)和研究组(n=45).对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,研究组采用纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗联合阿奇霉素治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、实验室指标、肺通气功能、症状改善时间以及不良反应总发生率.结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG水平与肺总量、肺活量高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组体温恢复时间、肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果显著,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of flexible bronchoscopic alveolar lavage combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 90 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in People's Hospital of Hechi from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=45)and study group(n=45)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Azithromycin,while the study group was treated with flexible bronchoscopic alveolar lavage combined with Azithromycin.The treatment effect,laboratory indexes,pulmonary ventilation function,symptom improvement time,and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG,total lung capacity,and vital capacity in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of body temperature,the disappearance time of lung rales,and the disappearance time of cough in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Flexible bronchoscopic alveolar lavage combined with Azithromycin treating Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children has remarkable clinical effect,which is worthy of popularization and application.
