摘要
目的 观察Hyrax快速扩弓器联合前方牵引器矫治替牙期骨性Ⅲ类反颌患儿的临床效果.方法 选取 2022 年 6 月至 2023 年 9 月邯郸爱眼医院收治的100 例替牙期骨性Ⅲ类反颌患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50 例)与研究组(50 例).对照组采用FR-Ⅲ功能矫治器联合上颌殆垫矫治器治疗,研究组采用Hyrax快速扩弓器联合前方牵引器治疗,比较两组治疗效果.结果 治疗前,两组上齿槽座角(SNA)、下齿槽座角(SNB)、上下齿槽座角(ANB)、水平覆盖、上唇距(ULP)、下唇距(LLP)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组SNA、SNB、ANB、水平覆盖、ULP、LLP均改善,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 Hyrax快速扩弓器联合前方牵引器矫治替牙期骨性Ⅲ类反颌患儿的临床效果显著,值得推广应用.
Abstract
The observe the clinical effect of Hyrax rapid maxillary expansion combined with maxillary protraction in the treatment of children with skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion during dental replacement period.Methods A total of 100 children with skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion during dental replacement period in Handan Eye Care Hospital from June 2022 to September 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with FR-Ⅲ functional appliance combined with upper removable appliance,and the study group was treated with Hyrax rapid maxillary expansion combined with maxillary protraction.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in sella-nesion-point A(SNA),sella-nesion-point B(SNB),AB plane angle(ANB),horizontal coverage,upper lip(ULP),and lower lip(LLP)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the SNA,SNB,ANB,horizontal coverage,ULP,and LLP were improved in both groups,and those in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyrax rapid maxillary expansion combined with maxillary protraction in the treatment of children with skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion during dental replacement period has significant clinical effect,which is worthy of popularization and application.
