硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压综合征的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压综合征的临床效果.方法 选取 2020 年 3 月至2021年 3 月深圳市盐田区人民医院收治的 80 例妊娠高血压综合征患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40 例.对照组予以硫酸镁治疗,观察组予以硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗.比较两组临床疗效、血压水平、血流动力学指标及不良母婴结局总发生率.结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组收缩压及舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组收缩期峰值流速、血流阻力指数及搏动指数均低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组不良母婴结局总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压综合征的临床效果确切,可有效控制血压水平,改善血流动力学指标,降低不良母婴结局总发生率.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Magnesium Sulfate combined with Nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome admitted to Yantian District People's Hospital of Shenzhen City from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate,and the observation group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate combined with Nifedipine.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure levels,hemodynamic indexes,and the total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the peak systolic velocity,resistance index,and pulsatility index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Magnesium Sulfate combined with Nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome is definite,which can effectively control blood pressure levels,improve hemodynamic indexes,and reduce the total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes.
