益生菌联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿急性肠胃炎的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨益生菌联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿急性肠胃炎的临床效果.方法 选取 2022 年11月至2023年11月青岛市即墨区大信卫生院治疗的134例急性肠胃炎患儿作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为参照组与研究组,每组各 67 例.参照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,研究组在参照组基础上联合益生菌治疗.比较两组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、不良反应发生情况及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平.结果 研究组临床总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组腹痛、腹泻、发热及呕吐的消失时间均短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组不良反应总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗1 d及治疗3 d后,两组CRP水平均降低,且研究组水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 益生菌联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿急性肠胃炎的临床效果较好,可有效缓解临床症状,降低不良反应发生风险及CRP水平,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Probiotics combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of children with acute gastroenteritis.Methods A total of 134 children with acute gastroenteritis admitted to Daxin Health Center of Jimo District in Qingdao from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the reference group and the study group by the lottery method,with 67 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Azithromycin,and the study group was treated with Probiotics on the basis of the reference group.The clinical efficiency,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,incidence of adverse reactions,and the level of C-reactive protein(CRP)were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical efficiency rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abdominal pain,diarrhea,fever,and vomiting in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment for 1 day and 3 days,the levels of CRP in both groups were decreased,and the level in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Probiotics combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of children with acute gastroenteritis is better,which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce the risk of adverse reactions and the level of CRP,and is worthy of promotion.
