摘要
目的 探讨综合护理干预在妊娠糖尿病患者中的应用效果.方法 选取在济南市莱芜区张家洼街道社区卫生服务中心接受治疗的100 例妊娠糖尿病患者,研究时间为 2022 年 6 月至 2023 年 6 月,依据随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组.对照组(n=50)实施常规护理干预,观察组(n=50)实施综合护理干预,比较两组血糖水平、剖宫产率及并发症、不良母婴结局发生率.结果 护理后观察组空腹血糖、餐后 2 h血糖水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产率及产后出血、产后感染、巨大儿、新生儿黄疸发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 综合护理干预在妊娠糖尿病患者中应用,能够辅助药物控制血糖水平,降低剖宫产率及并发症、母婴不良结局发生率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who were treated in the Laiwu District Zhangjiawa Community Health Service Center in Jinan City were selected from June 2022 to June 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group(n=50)received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group(n=50)received comprehensive nursing intervention.The blood glucose level,cesarean section rate,and incidence of complications,adverse maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum infection,macrosomia,and neonatal jaundice in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can assist drugs to control blood glucose level,reduce the rate of cesarean section,and the incidence of complications,adverse maternal and infant outcomes.
