舒适化护理在女性无痛胃镜检查中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨舒适化护理在女性无痛胃镜检查中的应用效果.方法 选择2022年6月至2023年6 月在济南市第三人民医院内镜室接受无痛胃镜检查的74例女性患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(37例,常规护理)、研究组(37 例,舒适化护理).比较两组护理满意度及焦虑、抑郁评分.结果 研究组护理总满意率为 97.30%,高于对照组的 81.08%(P<0.05);护理后研究组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 舒适化护理在女性无痛胃镜检查中,可以提高护理满意度,改善负面情绪.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in female painless gastroscopy.Methods A total of 74 female patients who underwent painless gastroscopy in the Endoscopy Room,Jinan Third People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(37 cases,routine nursing)and the study group(37 cases,comfort nursing).The nursing satisfaction,anxiety and depression scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.30%,which was higher than 81.08%of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing in the female painless gastroscopy,can improve nursing satisfaction and negative emotion.
