摘要
目的 分析输液加温仪结合手术室护理在宫腔镜手术患者中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021年1月至 2022 年12 月于滨州医学院附属医院接受宫腔镜手术治疗的 80 例患者作为研究对象,按照单双数分组法分为对照组(40 例)与观察组(40 例).对照组予以常规手术室护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合输液加温仪干预.比较两组体温、凝血功能、并发症发生情况及满意度.结果 麻醉即刻、麻醉 30 min、麻醉 60 min及完成手术即刻,观察组体温均高于对照组(P<0.05).术后,观察组活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间均短于对照组(P<0.05).观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 输液加温仪结合手术室护理在宫腔镜手术患者中的应用效果较好,可有效维持患者体温,改善凝血功能,减少并发症的发生,提高满意度,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of infusion heater combined with operating room nursing in patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients who received hysteroscopic surgery in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)according to the odd-even grouping method.The control group was given routine operating room nursing,and the observation group was combined with infusion heater on the basis of the control group.The body temperature,coagulation function,complications,and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group immediately after anesthesia,30 min after anesthesia,60 min after anesthesia,and immediately after the operation(P<0.05).After operation,the activated partial thromboplastin time,prothrombin time,and thrombin time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of infusion heater combined with operating room nursing in patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery is good,which can effectively maintain the patients'body temperature,improve the coagulation function,reduce the occurrence of complications,and increase satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
