产后早期康复管理在产后护理中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨产后早期康复管理在产后护理中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021年10 月至 2023 年10 月于北京和睦家康复医院分娩的 92 例产妇,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各46 例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用产后早期康复管理.比较两组盆底功能恢复情况、并发症总发生率及生活质量.结果 护理后,观察组盆底功能恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05).观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).护理后,观察组各项盆底功能障碍问卷简短版-20 评分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 产后早期康复管理在产后护理中的应用效果较好,可加速产妇盆底功能恢复,减少并发症发生风险,改善生活质量,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of early postpartum rehabilitation management in postpartum nursing.Methods A total of 92 parturients who delivered in Beijing United Family Rehabilitation Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received early postpartum rehabilitation management.The recovery of pelvic floor function,incidence of complications,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the pelvic floor function of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of pelvic floor distress inventory-20 and total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of early postpartum rehabilitation management in postpartum nursing is good,which can accelerate the recovery of pelvic floor function,reduce the risk of complications,improve the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
