摘要
目的 探讨基于目标管理理论的针对性护理联合无创吸痰专项护理在支气管肺炎患儿中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年 3 月至 2023 年 8 月兰陵县人民医院收治的 76 例支气管肺炎患儿,按入院顺序分为两组,每组各 38 例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施基于目标管理理论的针对性护理联合无创吸痰专项护理,比较两组症状消失时间、并发症总发生率及生活质量.结果 观察组咳嗽痰鸣、憋喘、肺部啰音、发热消失时间分别为(4.42±1.30)、(2.23±0.69)、(5.26±1.17)、(1.83±0.58)d,短于对照组的(6.97±1.05)、(3.14±0.76)、(6.95±1.22)、(2.96±0.65)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访 2 周后,观察组情感、生理、社交功能及学校表现评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于目标管理理论的针对性护理联合无创吸痰专项护理在支气管肺炎患儿中的应用效果显著,可促进症状缓解,减少并发症,提高生活质量,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing based on objectives management theory combined with non-invasive sputum suction special nursing in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 76 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital from March 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to admission order,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received targeted nursing based on objectives management theory combined with non-invasive sputum suction special nursing.The disappearance time of symptoms,the total incidence of complications,and the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of cough and phlegm,wheezing,pulmonary rale,and fever in the observation group was(4.42±1.30),(2.23±0.69),(5.26±1.17),and(1.83±0.58)d,respectively,which was shorter than(6.97±1.05),(3.14±0.76),(6.95±1.22),(2.96±0.65)d in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of follow-up,the the scores of emotion,physiology,social function,and school performance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing based on objectives management theory combined with non-invasive sputum suction special nursing in children with bronchopneumonia has significant application effect,which can promote the relief of symptoms,reduce complications,improve the quality of life,and is worthy of promotion.
