摘要
目的 探讨优质护理模式对高龄产妇母婴结局的影响.方法 选取 2022 年 5 月至 2023 年 5 月枣庄市妇幼保健院收治的110 例高龄产妇作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组各55 例.对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用优质护理模式.比较两组分娩方式、产后并发症发生情况、产程及母婴结局.结果 研究组自然分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组胎盘早剥及产后出血的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程及总产程均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组宫内窘迫的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组新生儿窒息的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 高龄产妇采用优质护理模式可提高自然分娩率,缩短产程,改善母婴结局.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of high-quality nursing model on the maternal and infant outcomes of elderly parturients.Methods A total of 110 elderly parturients admitted to Maternity and Child Health Care of Zaozhuang from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the elderly parturients were divided into the study group and the control group using the random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received high-quality nursing model.The delivery methods,incidence of postpartum complications,labors,and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The natural delivery rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the cesarean section rate was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of placental abruption and postpartum haemorrhage in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first,second,third,and total stages of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of intrauterine distress in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of neonatal asphyxia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing model in elderly parturients can improve the natural delivery rate,shorten the labor,and improve maternal and infant outcomes.
