摘要
目的 探讨鸟巢式护理在新生儿护理中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年1月至 2023 年1月在淄博市桓台县妇幼保健院出生的 74 例新生儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参照组和试验组,每组各37例.参照组采用常规护理,试验组在参照组基础上采用鸟巢式护理.比较两组生长发育情况、临床指标、神经心理发育情况及护理满意度.结果 护理后,试验组体重、身高、头围均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组体温变化幅度低于参照组,进奶增加量、排便次数及睡眠时间均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组儿心量表评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组护理总满意率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在新生儿护理中应用鸟巢式护理可促进其生长发育和神经心理发育,提高家属护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of bird nest nursing in neonatal nursing.Methods A total of 74 newborns born in Huantai County Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Zibo City from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the newborns were divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received bird nest nursing on the basis of the reference group.The growth and development status,clinical indicators,neuropsychological development status,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the weight,height,and head circumference of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The body temperature change amplitude of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,the increase in milk intake,frequency of defecation,and sleep time were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of developmental screen test in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of bird nest nursing in neonatal nursing can promote their growth and development and neuropsychological development,and improve family nursing satisfaction.
