摘要
目的 探讨集束化护理干预在妊娠高血压中的应用效果.方法 选取2020年1月至2022年12 月海安市人民医院收治的100 例妊娠高血压患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各 50 例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用集束化护理干预.比较两组的母婴结局、总体幸福感量表评分和健康行为评分.结果 观察组的产后出血、胎儿宫内窘迫、剖宫产、新生儿窒息和早产发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05).护理后,两组的健康关心、生活满足与兴趣、忧郁/愉快心境、精力、松弛与紧张、情感与行为控制、总体幸福感评分高于护理前,且观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05).护理后,两组的定期产检、合理饮食、体重管理、自我监测血压、预防并发症和保持平稳心态评分高于护理前,且观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 集束化护理干预能有效改善妊娠高血压患者的心理状态和母婴结局,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of cluster nursing intervention in gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to People's Hospital of Haian City from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received cluster nursing intervention.Maternal and infant outcomes,overall well-being scale score,and health behavior score were compared between the two groups.Results The rates of postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress,cesarean section,neonatal asphyxia,and premature delivery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of health care,life satisfaction and interest,depression/happy mood,energy,relaxation and tension,emotional and behavioral control,and overall well-being of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of regular antenatal examination,rational diet,weight management,self-monitoring blood pressure,prevention of complications,and maintaining stable state of mind in both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological state and maternal and infant outcomes of patients with gestational hypertension,and it is worth promoting.
