精细护理在小儿腹泻中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨精细护理在小儿腹泻中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021年 3 月至 2022 年 3 月在济南市莱芜区口镇街道社区卫生服务中心治疗的 88 例腹泻患儿为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=44)与观察组(n=44).对照组采用基础护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加以精细化护理.比较两组患儿的并发症、睡眠时长和家属护理满意度.结果 观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组日间、夜间睡眠时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对腹泻患儿给予精细化的护理措施,效果显著,可提高护理满意度,改善患儿睡眠质量,减少并发症.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of fine nursing in children with diarrhea.Methods A total of 88 children with diarrhea treated in Kouzhen Street Community Health Service Center in Laiwu District,Jinan City from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=44)and observation group(n=44)by random number table method.The control group received basic nursing,and the observation group received fine nursing on the basis of the control group.Complications,sleep duration,and family nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The daytime and nighttime sleep time of children in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of fine nursing measures on children with diarrhea is remarkable,which can improve nursing satisfaction,improve sleep quality and reduce complications.
