摘要
目的 探讨个性化护理在小儿重症肺炎高热惊厥护理中的应用效果.方法 选取2020 年1月至2022 年1月在临沭县人民医院接受治疗的 80 例重症肺炎高热惊厥患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、研究组,每组各40 例.对照组采取常规护理,研究组采用个性化护理模式.比较两组患儿的治疗依从性、症状缓解时间、住院时间、睡眠质量、生活质量以及两组家属的疾病不确定感评分、心理状态评分、护理满意度.结果 研究组患儿的治疗总依从率高于对照组,退热时间、止惊时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05).护理后,研究组的睡眠质量评分低于对照组,躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活等生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05).护理后,研究组家属疾病不确定感评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于对照组,总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 小儿重症肺炎高热惊厥采用个性化护理,可提高患儿对治疗的配合度,促使其症状尽快缓解,有利于改善睡眠,提高患儿生活质量,提升家属对护理服务的满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of personalized nursing in the nursing of severe pneumonia and hyperpyrexia convulsion in children.Methods A total of 80 children with severe pneumonia and hyperpyrexia convulsion receiving treatment in Linshu County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received personalized nursing.Treatment compliance,symptom remission time,hospital stay,sleep quality,quality of life of children and disease uncertainty score,psychological status score,nursing satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the duration of fever reduction,fright stopping,and hospitalization was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the sleep quality score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life scores such as physical function,psychological function,social function,and material life were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the uncertainty scores,anxiety scores,and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the total satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of personalized nursing in children with severe pneumonia and hyperpyrexia convulsion can improve the cooperation of children with treatment,promote the relief of symptoms as soon as possible,help to improve sleep and quality of life of children,and enhance the satisfaction of family members on nursing services.
