摘要

目的 探讨以问题为导向联合以案例为基础的教学法在儿科实习带教中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021年 5 月至 2023 年 5 月于湖北科技学院附属麻城医院儿科实习的128 名临床医学五年制本科生作为研究对象,通过抽签法分为两组,每组 64名.对照组采用传统临床实习带教法,试验组采用以问题为导向联合以案例为基础的教学法,比较两组理论考核成绩、教学满意度.结果 试验组理论考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组临床思维能力、自学能力、理论知识巩固、实践能力培养、学习兴趣激发的满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 以问题为导向联合以案例为基础的教学法在儿科实习带教中的应用效果显著,值得推广.

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning combined with case-based learning in pediatric practice teaching.Methods A total of 128 five-year clinical medicine undergraduates who practiced in the Department of Pediatrics,Macheng Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Science and Technology from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by drawing lots,with 64 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional clinical practice teaching method,the experimental group adopted the teaching method of problem-based learning combined with case-based learning,the results of theoretical examination and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The result of theoretical examination in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rates of clinical thinking ability,self-learning ability,theoretical knowledge consolidation,practice ability training,and learning interest stimulation in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Problem-based learning combined with case-based learning in pediatric practice teaching has significant application effect,which is worthy of promotion.
