摘要
目的 分析消毒供应室PDCA循环应用对妇产科手术器械清洗灭菌效果的影响.方法 选取2021年 9 月至 2023 年1月枣庄市台儿庄区中医院供应室的 2000 件妇产科手术器械,根据护理管理方案的差异分为参照组(1000 件,常规管理)和试验组(1000 件,PDCA循环管理).比较两组的洁净度及消毒效果.结果 试验组洁净度评分为(4.82±0.86)分,高于参照组的(2.21±0.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组包装评分、清洗评分及消毒评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 消毒供应室PDCA循环应用于妇产科手术器械清洗灭菌中,能够提高洁净度和消毒效果,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA cycle application in disinfection supply room on cleaning and sterilizing effect of surgical instruments in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 2000 surgical instruments for obstetrics and gynecology in Supply Room,Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Taierzhuang District of Zaozhuang City from September 2021 to March 2023 were selected.According to the difference of nursing management plan,they were divided into reference group(1000 pieces,routine management)and experimental group(1000 pieces,PDCA cycle management).The cleanliness and disinfection effect of the two groups were compared.Results The cleanliness score in the experimental group was(4.82±0.86)points,which was higher than(2.21±0.32)points in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The packing score,cleaning score,and disinfection score in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle in disinfection supply room in the cleaning and sterilization for obstetrics and gynecology surgical instruments can improve the cleanliness and disinfection effect,which is worth promoting.
