摘要
目的 研究儿童清咽解热口服液体外抗肠道病毒 71型(EV71)的作用.方法 以盐酸胍为阳性对照,在Vero-E6 细胞水平上,采用CellTiter-GloTM测定受试样品的细胞毒性,采用间接免疫荧光法测定肠道病毒蛋白表达水平,评价儿童清咽解热口服液对EV71的抗病毒作用.结果 儿童清咽解热口服液对Vero-E6 细胞的半数毒性浓度为127.2 mg/ml,抑制EV71病毒复制的半数有效浓度为 3.193 mg/ml,选择指数为 39.8.结论 在Vero-E6 细胞水平上,儿童清咽解热口服液对EV71具有明显的抗病毒作用.
Abstract
Objective To study the anti-enterovirus 71 effect of Ertong Qingyan Jiere Koufuye in vitro.Methods With guanidine hydrochloride as positive control,CellTiter-GloTM was used to determine the cytotoxicity of the tested samples at Vero-E6 cell level,and the expression level of enterovirus protein was determined by indirect immunofluorescence assay,so as to evaluate the antiviral effect of Ertong Qingyan Jiere Koufuye on EV71.Results The median cytotoxic concentration for Vero-E6 cells was 127.2 mg/ml,the median effective concentration for EV71 virus replication inhibition was 3.193 mg/ml,and the selection index was 39.8.Conclusion On the level of Vero-E6 cells,Ertong Qingyan Jiere Koufuye has obvious antiviral effect on EV71.
