Effect of staged rehabilitation training combined with nutritional support intervention on changes of limb function and nutritional indicators in female patients with traumatic brain injury after surgery
Objective To explore the effect of staged rehabilitation training combined with nutritional support intervention on changes of limb function and nutritional indicators in female patients with traumatic brain injury after surgery.Methods A total of 82 female patients with traumatic brain injury admitted to Shandong Yiyang Health Group Feicheng Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The neurological function,limb function,nutritional indicators,total incidence of complications,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the National Institute of Health stroke scale score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the scores of Fugl-Meyer assessment and stroke impact scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum albumin,total protein,prealbumin,and hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Staged rehabilitation training combined with nutritional support intervention can improve the limb function and nutritional status of female patients with traumatic brain injury,reduce complications and improve the quality of life.
