Objective To explore the clinical effect of Fluconazole Capsules combined with Kushen Gel in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods A total of 100 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis treated in Sanshandao Street Community Health Service Center of Laizhou City from February 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the reference group(50 cases)and the study group(50 cases)using the coin toss method.The reference group was treated with Fluconazole Capsules,and the study group was treated with Fluconazole Capsules combined with Kushen Gel.The clinical efficacy,symptom relief time,incidence of adverse reactions,and disease recurrence situation were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The relief time of pruritus vulvae,abnormal leukorrhea,and vulvar burning pain in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The disease recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis with Fluconazole Capsules combined with Kushen Gel can significantly improve the total effective rate of treatment,effectively shorten the symptom relief time,reduce the recurrence rate of disease,and do not increase adverse reactions.
