Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules combined with Oseltamivir Phosphate in the treatment of pediatric seasonal influenza.Methods A total of 105 children with seasonal influenza admitted to Fei County People's Hospital from November 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group(52 cases,treated with Oseltamivir Phosphate)and the experimental group(53 cases,treated with Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules combined with Oseltamivir Phosphate)according to the order of the admission for treatment.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,relief time of clinical symptoms,and the levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of pharyngalgia and cough and antifebrile time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,and interferon-γ in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Granules combined with Oseltamivir Phosphate in the treatment of pediatric seasonal influenza is remarkable,which can reduce the adverse reactions,shorten the relief time of clinical symptoms,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,and provides practical and reliable guarantee for children's physical and mental health.
