Objective To explore the effect of Shenmai Injection combined with Labetalol in the treatment of gestational hypertension and its impact on pregnancy outcomes.Methods A total of 98 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning Service Center of Liaoyuan City from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The study group received the treatment with Shenmai Injection combined with Labetalol,while the control group received the treatment with Labetalol.The blood pressure,adverse pregnancy outcomes,and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the study group were lower(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shenmai Injection combined with Labetalol in the treatment of gestational hypertension can effectively control blood pressure and ensure pregnancy outcomes.
