Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Paroxetine combined with Mirtazapine in the treatment of postpartum depression.Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 patients with postpartum depression treated in Qingdao Anning Psychological Hospital from June 2017 to June 2023 was carried out.According to the different treatment methods,all the patients were divided into the reference group(n=25,treated with Paroxetine)and the analysis group(n=25,treated with Paroxetine combined with Mirtazapine).The depression score,sleep quality score,and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of Hamilton depression scale at 1 weeks,2 weeks 4 weeks,and 2 months after treatment in the analysis group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index in the analysis group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the analysis group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Paroxetine combined with Mirtazapine in the treatment of postpartum depression can improve negative emotions,sleep quality,and clinical efficacy,which can be promoted.
