Objective To analyze the application effect of risk nursing in the perioperative nursing of female patients with spinal fractures.Methods A total of 88 female patients with spinal fractures who underwent surgical treatment in Lanling County People's Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into the reference group(44 cases,routine nursing)and the study group(44 cases,risk nursing),and the nursing effect of the two groups was observed.Results After nursing,the visual analogue scale score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale after nursing,and the total incidence of complications were lower in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk nursing in perioperative nursing of female patients with spinal fracture can help to reduce pain,improve psychological state,and reduce the incidence of complications.
