Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in the treatment of ovarian cancer patients with Paclitaxel combined with Cisplatin chemotherapy regimen.Methods The research period was from January 2021 to June 2023,and 116 patients with ovarian cancer who were treated with Paclitaxel combined with Cisplatin chemotherapy in the First Department of Oncology,the Fourth People's Hospital of Zibo City were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received targeted nursing.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life score,and negative emotion improvement were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group(96.55%)was higher than that of the control group(84.48%)(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of both groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the negative emotion score of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in ovarian cancer patients treated with Paclitaxel combined with Csplatin chemotherapy regimen can improve the quality of life,satisfaction,and negative emotions.
