Objective To analyze the application effect of hip joint activity management in children with spastic type of cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 60 children with spastic type of cerebral palsy from Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into reference group(30 cases,conventional management)and study group(30 cases,conventional management+hip joint activity management)by the random number table method.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the hip joint range of motion,hip Harris function score,Berg balance scale score,gross motor function measure-88 score,and Fugl-Meyer assessment score in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hip joint activity management in children with spastic type of cerebral palsy can promote the development of hip joint function,improve the balance function and motor potential significantly.
