Objective To investigate the effect of refined nursing with humanized concept on pulmonary function and nursing quality in children with acute bronchitis(AB).Methods A total of 80 children with AB admitted to the Department of Emergency,Lanling County People's Hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to the random number table method. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received refined nursing intervention with humanized concept. The pulmonary function[the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow rate(PEFR),and forced vital capacity(FVC)],total compliance rate, and total satisfaction rate of parents of the two groups were compared. Results After 5 days of intervention, the levels of FEV1,PEFR,and FVC in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of parents in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 82.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The refined nursing with humanized concept can significantly improve the pulmonary function and compliance of children with AB,and can also improve the satisfaction rate of parents, which is worth promoting.
