Objective To explore the application effect of pain control nursing in pediatric fracture.Methods A total of 50 children with fracture who received surgical treatment in Shanxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received usual care and the experimental group received pain control nursing.The quality of life and pain assessment results of the two groups were compared.Results The score of quality of life in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The pain score of the two groups after nursing was lower than that before nursing,and the pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of pain control nursing during pediatric fracture nursing is significant,and the effect of analgesic pain is outstanding,which can effectively improve the quality of life of children.
