摘要

目的 研究基于Autar风险评估量表的综合护理对女性脑出血患者术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的预防效果.方法 选取 2021年1月至 2023 年 8 月廊坊市人民医院收治的 72 例老年女性脑出血患者为研究对象,按照抽签法分为参照组(36 例)与研究组(36 例).参照组行常规护理,研究组行基于Autar风险评估量表的综合护理.比较两组下肢DVT发生率、护理满意度.结果 研究组术后下肢DVT总发生率为8.33%,低于参照组的 27.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意率为 97.22%,高于参照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于Autar风险评估量表的综合护理可有效控制老年女性脑出血患者术后下肢DVT风险,提升术后康复质量.

Abstract

Objective To study the preventive effect of comprehensive nursing based on Autar risk assessment scale on postoperative deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower limbs in female patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 72 elderly female patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Langfang People's Hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the reference group(36 cases)and the study group(36 cases)according to the lottery method.The reference group received routine nursing,and the study group received comprehensive nursing based on Autar risk assessment scale.The incidence of DVT and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of DVT was 8.33%in the study group,lower than 27.78%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was 97.22%,higher than 83.33%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing based on the Autar risk assessment scale can effectively control the risk of DVT of the lower limbs after surgery in elderly women with cerebral hemorrhage,and improve the quality of postoperative rehabilitation.
