Objective To explore the application of preoperative comprehensive health education in patients with uterine prolapse.Methods A total of 150 patients with uterine prolapse admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Zhenjiang City from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(75 cases)and observation group(75 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine care,while the observation group was given preoperative comprehensive health education on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions,health knowledge,self-efficacy,and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale,and general self-efficacy scale were improved in both groups,and the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of health knowledge mastery in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of preoperative comprehensive health education in the nursing of uterine prolapse can alleviate patients'bad emotions,promote the self-efficacy,and then control and reduce complications better,which is worthy of reference.
