Objective To study the effect of focused problem-solving care in parturient women undergoing vaginal delivery.Methods A total of 96 cases of parturient women undergoing vaginal delivery in Binzhou Central Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received focused problem-solving care on the basis of the control group.The rates of exclusive breastfeeding,negative emotions,life well-being,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the exclusive breastfeeding rate and total satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the life happiness score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion To provide focused problem-solving care for the parturient women undergoing vaginal delivery can improve their exclusive breastfeeding rate,alleviate negative psychological emotions,and improve their life happiness after delivery,nursing satisfaction is high.
