Objective To explore the application effect of stepped psychological nursing in the nursing of patients with breast hyperplasia.Methods A total of 80 patients with breast hyperplasia admitted to the Kouzhen Street Community Health Service Center in Laiwu District of Jinan City from March 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received stepped psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The compliance,psychological status,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of 36-item short form health survey in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of stepped psychological nursing in patients with breast hyperplasia can improve their compliance,effectively alleviate their negative emotions,improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical reference.
