Objective To explore the application effect of cluster nursing in delivery room based on evidence-based theory in primiparas with natural delivery.Methods A total of 200 primiparas with natural delivery in Binzhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the primiparas were divided into the intervention group(n=100)and the control group(n=100)by the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the intervention group was given cluster nursing in delivery room based on the evidence-based theory.The labors,time of first urination after delivery,and the degree of pain were compared between the two groups.Results The first,second,and total stages of labor in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the third stage of labor between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of first urination after delivery in the intervention group was shorter than that in the control group,and the score of visual analogue scale was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster nursing in delivery room based on evidence-based theory in primiparas with natural delivery can shorten the labors,promote urination after delivery,and reduce pain.
