Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing management model in pediatric pneumonia.Methods A total of 88 children with pneumonia admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were divided into two groups by the random number table method.44 cases in the control group received routine nursing,while 44 cases in the observation group received humanized nursing management model.The clinical outcome,negative emotion scores,incidence of complications,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time of temperature recovery,cough relief,lung rale disappearance,and hospitalization in the observation was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale in the observation were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total complications rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing management model in pediatric pneumonia can accelerate the rehabilitation speed of children,improve their negative emotional scores,reduce the risk of complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction of their families,which has high application value.
