Objective To explore the application effect of changing position and psychological intervention in the nursing of pediatric pneumonia.Methods A total of 90 children with pneumonia who received treatment at Lanling County People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group(45 cases)and the observation group(45 cases)by the lottery method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received changing position and psychological intervention.The intervention compliance,respiratory function,and negative emotions were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The respiratory frequency of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the blood oxygen saturation was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders and depression self-rating scale for children of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of changing position and psychological intervention in the nursing of pediatric pneumonia can improve their intervention compliance and respiratory function,and alleviate negative emotions.
