Objective To explore the application effect of responsibility system nursing model combined with family participation in primipara.Methods A total of 200 primiparas who delivered at the Department of Obstetrics,Binzhou Medical University Hospital from August 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the primiparas were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the study group received responsibility system nursing model combined with family participation.The delivery method,labor,initial time of lactation,amount of postpartum hemorrhage,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The natural delivery rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The first and second stages of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The initial time of lactation in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of responsibility system nursing model combined with family participation has obvious effect in primipara,which can increase the rate of natural delivery,shorten the labor and initial time of lactation,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
