摘要
妇幼健康事业发展正面临重要的转型机遇期,对妇幼事业人才工作提出了新的要求.加强妇幼健康事业党管人才,要结合当前妇幼健康事业的发展目标,遵循人才成长规律,围绕可能影响妇幼事业高质量发展的瓶颈问题,遵循管宏观、管政策、管协调、管服务等方面的具体要求,通过健全党管人才体制机制、完善人才发展政策体系、加强各部门协调联动、为人才提供个性化服务等措施,为人才干事创业、实现价值提供良好服务.
Abstract
The development of maternal and child health is facing an important period of transformation opportunities,which puts forward new requirements for the work of talents in maternal and child health.To strengthen the party management personnel of maternal and child health,we must combine the current development goals of maternal and child health cause,follow the law of talent growth,focus on the bottleneck problems that may affect the high-quality development of maternal and child health,and follow the specific requirements of macro management,policy management,coordination management,services management,etc.Through improving the party's talent management system and mechanism,improving the talent development policy system,strengthening the coordination and linkage of various departments,providing personalized services for talents and other measures,to provide good services for talent officers to start businesses and realize value.
