薄型子宫内膜的中西医临床研究进展

摘要
薄型子宫内膜是引起女性月经过少、月经后期、闭经、复发性流产、不孕症的重要原因之一.西医治疗本病的方法主要包括激素补充、宫腔灌注等;中医治疗包括内治、外治等,方法诸多,且副作用小.本文将从薄型子宫内膜中西医病因病机及治疗方法进行阐述,为本病的诊疗方案提供参考.
Abstract
Thin endometrium is one of the important causes of female oligomenorrhea,late menstruation,amenorrhea,recurrent abortion,and infertility.Western medicine treatment of this disease mainly includes hormone supplement,uterine cavity perfusion and so on.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment includes internal treatment,external treatment,and there are many methods with few side effects.This article will describe the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment of thin endometrium in traditional Chinese and western medicine,so as to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
