个性化心理支持护理在试管婴儿助孕妊娠中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨个性化心理支持护理在试管婴儿助孕(IVF-ET)妊娠中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年1月至2023年1月在潍坊市妇幼保健院生殖医学中心经IVF-ET妊娠的119例孕妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(59例)实施常规护理,观察组(60例)实施个性化心理支持护理,比较两组护理效果.结果 护理前,两组情绪状态、压力感受评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后,两组情绪状态、压力感受评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组护理总满意率(96.67％)比对照组(79.66％)更高(P＜0.05).护理前,两组幸福感评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后,两组幸福感评分均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 个性化心理支持护理在IVF-ET妊娠中的应用效果显著,有助于改善情绪状态,缓解压力,提高满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of personalized psychological support nursing in assisted pregnancy of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods A total of 119 gravidas who were pregnant by IVF-ET in Center for Reproductive Medicine,Weifang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group(59 cases)was given routine nursing,and the observation group(60 cases)was given personalized psychological support nursing.The nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in emotional state and pressure perception scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the emotional state and pressure perception scores in both groups were decreased,and those in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group(96.67％)was higher than that in the control group(79.66％)(P＜0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in happiness scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the happiness scores of both groups were improved,and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized psychological support nursing in assisted pregnancy of IVF-ET has a significant effect,which helps to improve the emotional state,relieve pressure,and increase of satisfaction.
