集束化护理联合激励式健康教育在女性食管癌胸腔镜手术患者中的应用

摘要
目的 观察集束化护理联合激励式健康教育在女性食管癌胸腔镜手术患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年6月至2023年6月在南京医科大学附属南京医院接受食管癌胸腔镜手术的88例女性患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各44例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予集束化护理联合激励式健康教育.比较两组术后恢复情况、并发症发生情况及心理状态.结果 观察组胃肠功能恢复、引流管拔除、首次下床活动及住院时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).干预后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均较干预前降低,且与对照组比较,观察组评分更低(P＜0.05).结论 集束化护理联合激励式健康教育在女性食管癌胸腔镜手术患者中的应用效果显著,可缩短术后康复时间,降低并发症发生率,改善心理状态.
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of cluster nursing combined with inspiring health education in female patients with esophageal cancer undergoing thoracoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 88 female patients who underwent thoracoscopic surgery for esophageal cancer in Nanjing First Hospital,Nanjing Medical University from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given cluster nursing combined with inspiring health education.The postoperative recovery,incidence of complications,and psychological status were compared between the two groups.Results The time of recovery of gastrointestinal function,drainage tube pulling out,getting out of bed for the first time,and hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application effect of cluster nursing combined with inspiring health education in female patients with esophageal cancer undergoing thoracoscopic surgery is significant,which can shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the psychological status.
