精细化护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨精细化护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果.方法 选取2020年5月至2023年9月菏泽市牡丹人民医院收治的84例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(42例,常规护理)与试验组(42例,精细化护理).比较两组生活质量、住院时间及满意度.结果 护理后,试验组儿童生活质量量表评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).试验组住院时间短于对照组(P＜0.05).试验组满意度评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 精细化护理对小儿肺炎具有积极影响,值得应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing in the nursing of pediatric pneumonia.Methods A total of 84 children with pneumonia admitted to Mudan People's Hospital in Heze City from May 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the children were divided into the control group(42 cases,conventional nursing)and the experimental group(42 cases,refined nursing)using the random number table method.The quality of life,length of hospital stay,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the score of pediatric quality of life inventory in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The length of hospital stay in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The score of satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing has a positive impact on pediatric pneumonia and is worth applying.
