摘要
目的 探讨舒适护理在骨折术后患儿功能锻炼中的应用效果.方法 选取聊城市第二人民医院2019年8月至2023年8月收治的120例骨折术后患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各60例.对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取舒适护理.比较两组功能锻炼依从性、疼痛程度及生活质量.结果 观察组功能锻炼总依从率高于对照组(P＜0.05).护理后,观察组视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组生活质量综合评定问卷评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 骨折术后患儿功能锻炼中应用舒适护理可有效提高患儿的依从性,缓解术后疼痛,提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in functional exercise of children after fracture surgery.Methods A total of 120 children after fracture surgery admitted to Liaocheng Second People's Hospital from August 2019 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comfortable nursing.The compliance of functional exercise,degree of pain,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of functional exercise in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the score of visual analogue scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The score of generic quality of life inventory-74 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in functional exercise of children after fracture surgery can effectively improve their compliance,alleviate postoperative pain,and improve quality of life.
