摘要
目的 分析多元联动模式综合护理在女性抑郁症患者中的应用效果.方法 选取滨州市优抚医院2022年1月至12月收治的60例女性抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例.对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取多元联动模式综合护理.比较两组用药依从性及社会功能评分.结果 观察组用药总依从率为96.67％,高于对照组的73.33％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).出院后6个月,观察组社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 多元联动模式综合护理在女性抑郁症患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者的用药依从性,提高患者社会功能,帮助患者早日回归正常生活,值得临床推广与使用.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of multiple linkage mode comprehensive nursing in female patients with depression.Methods A total of 60 female patients with depression admitted to Binzhou Youfu Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received multiple linkage mode comprehensive nursing.The medication compliance and social function scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total rate of medication compliance in the observation group was 96.67％,which was higher than 73.33％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 6 months of discharge,the score of social disability screening schedule in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application effect of multiple linkage mode comprehensive nursing in female patients with depression is significant,which can improve patients'medication compliance and social function,help patients return to normal life as soon as possible,and is worth clinical promotion and use.
