摘要
目的 探讨参与型护理模式在女性2型糖尿病护理中的应用效果.方法 选取2020年1月至2022年1月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的116例女性2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为试验组与参照组,每组58例.参照组实施常规护理,试验组在参照组基础上实施参与型护理模式,比较两组的护理效果.结果 护理后试验组生活质量评分高于参照组,饮食控制、遵医用药及运动锻炼评分高于参照组,护理依从性优于参照组(P＜0.05).结论 参与型护理模式在女性2型糖尿病患者中应用,能够改善生活质量,提高自我管理能力与护理依从性.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of participatory nursing model in female type 2 diabetes nursing.Methods A total of 116 female patients with type 2 diabetes treated in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into experimental group and reference group by random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given participatory nursing model on the basis of the reference group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,the scores of diet control,medical compliance,and exercise were higher than those of the reference group,and the nursing compliance was better than that of the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Participatory nursing model in female patients with type 2 diabetes can improve the quality of life,ability of self management,and nursing compliance.
