精细化手术室干预在微创抗旋转型股骨近端髓内钉手术治疗老年女性股骨转子间骨折中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨精细化手术室干预在微创抗旋转型股骨近端髓内钉手术治疗老年女性股骨转子间骨折中的应用效果.方法 选择临沂市精神卫生中心2022年1月至2023年6月接诊的98例老年女性股骨转子间骨折患者,均采取微创抗旋转型股骨近端髓内钉手术治疗,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(49例,给予常规手术室干预)和观察组(49例,给予精细化手术室干预),比较两组护理效果.结果 观察组手术总用时、总住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组总满意率高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 精细化手术室干预用于老年女性股骨转子间骨折手术患者能够提升满意度,缩短手术时间及住院时间.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of refined operating room intervention in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly women with minimally invasive proximal femoral nail antirotation surgery.Methods A total of 98 elderly women patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture admitted to Linyi Mental Health Center from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected.All patients were treated with minimally invasive proximal femoral nail antirotation surgery.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(49 cases,given routine operating room intervention)and the observation group(49 cases,given refined operating room intervention).The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and total satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of refined operating room intervention in elderly women patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture surgery can improve satisfaction,shorten operation time and hospitalization time.
