摘要
目的 分析需要层次理论指导护理对女性飞秒激光白内障手术患者自我效能、心理状态以及自护能力的影响.方法 选取2023年7月至8月于南通大学附属医院南区手术室行飞秒激光治疗的80例女性白内障患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例.对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予需要层次理论指导护理,比较两组自我效能感量表(GSES)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及自护能力、满意度.结果 护理后,与对照组相比,研究组GSES、自护能力评分更高,HAMD、HAMA评分更低(P＜0.05);研究组总满意率高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 需要层次理论指导护理在女性飞秒激光白内障手术患者中应用,能够提升自我效能、自护能力,改善心理状态.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of hierarchy of needs theory guided nursing on self-efficacy,mental state,and self-care ability of female femtosecond laser cataract surgery patients.Methods A total of 80 female cataract patients who underwent femtosecond laser treatment in South District Operating Room,Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from July to August 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given the hierarchy of needs theory guided nursing.The scores of general self-efficacy scale(GSES),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),and self-care ability,satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,compared with the control group,the GSES and self-care ability scores of the study group were higher,the HAMD and HAMA scores of the study group were lower(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchy of needs theory guided nursing in female femtosecond laser cataract surgery patients can improve self-efficacy,self-care ability,and mental state.
