预见性护理在儿童纤维支气管镜检查中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨预见性护理在儿童纤维支气管镜检查中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年1月至2023年1月于潍坊市妇幼保健院进行纤维支气管镜检查的160例患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(80例,常规护理)和观察组(80例,预见性护理),比较两组并发症总发生率、家属心理状态.结果 观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05);与检查前比较,检查后两组家属焦虑、抑郁评分均降低,且观察组家属焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 预见性护理在儿童纤维支气管镜检查中应用,可以降低并发症发生率,改善家属心理状态.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in children's fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Methods A total of 160 children who underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy in Weifang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(80 cases,routine care)and observation group(80 cases,predictive nursing)by random number table method.The total incidence of complications and psychological status of family members of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with before check,the scores of anxiety and depression of family members of the two groups were lower after check,and the scores of anxiety and depression of family members of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing in children's fiberoptic bronchoscopy can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the psychological status of family members.
