双维度四位一体护理模式联合多元化健康宣教在乳腺癌放疗患者中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨双维度四位一体护理模式联合多元化健康宣教在乳腺癌放疗患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年4月至2023年7月于滨州市中心医院接受放疗的84例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为干预组(n=42)和对照组(n=42).对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予双维度四位一体护理模式联合多元化健康宣教.比较两组疾病知识知晓情况、心理韧性.结果 干预后两组基础知识、放疗知识评分均升高,且干预组评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).干预后两组心理韧性量表评分升高,干预组评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 双维度四位一体护理模式联合多元化健康宣教应用于乳腺癌放疗患者干预中,可提高患者对疾病知识知晓程度和心理韧性.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of dual dimension four in one nursing model and diversified health education in breast cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy.Methods A total of 84 patients with breast cancer from April 2022 to July 2023 who received radiotherapy in Binzhou Central Hospital were selected as research objects,and they were divided into the intervention group(n=42)and the control group(n=42)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine care,and the intervention group was given dual dimension four in one nursing model and diversified health education.The knowledge of disease and psychological resilience in both groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of basic knowledge and radiotherapy knowledge of both groups were increased,and the scores of intervention group were higher than those of control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the score of psychological resilience scale in both groups was increased,and the score in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of dual dimension four in one nursing model and diversified health education in the intervention of breast cancer patients with radiotherapy can improve their knowledge of disease and psychological resilience.
