摘要
目的 探讨心理护理干预在儿童入托体检静脉采血中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年5月至2023年5月于寿光市人民医院进行入托体检静脉采血儿童100例作为研究对象,按照抽签法将其分为参照组(50例)与试验组(50例).参照组采取常规静脉采血护理方案,试验组应用心理护理干预模式.比较两组疼痛程度、采血满意度.结果 试验组疼痛程度评分低于参照组,采血满意度评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 儿童入托体检静脉采血中,应用心理护理干预的效果明显,可减轻儿童的疼痛程度,提高采血满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing intervention in venous blood collection during children's admission examination.Methods A total of 100 children who underwent venous blood collection in Shouguang People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the reference group(50 cases)and the experimental group(50 cases)according to the lottery method.The reference group adopted the routine venous blood collection nursing scheme,and the experimental group applied the psychological nursing intervention mode.The pain degree and blood collection satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The pain degree score of experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,blood collection satisfaction score was higher than that of reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing intervention in venous blood collection during children's admission examination has a significant effect,which can reduce the pain level of the children,and improve the satisfaction with blood collection.
