摘要
目的 探讨快速康复外科(ERAS)护理模式在剖宫产术后护理中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年1月至12月滨州医学院附属医院产科收治的180例产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组90例.对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用ERAS护理模式.比较两组疼痛评分、康复效果、并发症及焦虑、抑郁评分.结果 观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组首次排气时间、首次下床活动时间、初次泌乳时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).护理前两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在剖宫产产妇术后护理中应用ERAS可改善产妇术后疼痛,提高康复效果,减少并发症,具有临床使用价值.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing model in postoperative nursing of cesarean section.Methods A total of 180 parturients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics,Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing mode,while the observation group used ERAS nursing mode.The pain score,rehabilitation effects,complications,anxiety and depression scores were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The first exhaust time,the first time of getting out of bed,the time of first lactation,and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of ERAS in postoperative nursing of cesarean section patients can improve postoperative pain,enhance rehabilitation effects,and reduce the occurrence of complications,which has clinical application value.
