Objective To analyze the development status,research hotspot,and development trend of chronic diseases in children in China.Methods The literature on the health management of children's chronic diseases in China in China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang,and VIP database was searched.The search time was from the time of database construction to March 2024 to screen the literature according to the theme.Note Express 3.9 software was applied for literature management,and Excel software was used to count and graph each word frequency.The year,name,authors,research institutes,and high-frequency words of the journal were analyzed.Results A total of 529 eligible topic articles were included in this study.From 2019 to 2021,the annual average publication volume showed a fluctuating upward trend.In 2021,the maximum number of articles accounted for 8.69%.A total of 21 journals had published relevant research articles.The largest number of publications was published in the Journal of Clinical Pediatrics,and the Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University ranked first."Chronic cough in children"and"chronic disease"were the most frequently occurring keywords,with a frequency of 170 times.In the past five years,the research hotspots were mainly distributed in the family management model,health education,community health services,internet model,and transitional nursing,etc.Conclusion The study on the health management of children's chronic diseases in China has received more and more attention,and the management mode has been diversified,with the management object focusing on children's high prevalence of chronic diseases.However,the distribution of the research area is uneven,with the researchers and research institutes mainly focusing on the southern,northern and southwestern regions of China,and the related research in the northwestern region is not prominent.This paper presents a more intuitive overview of the health management of children's chronic diseases in China,and forms a general understanding of the research hotspots and development trends,providing a reference for future related research.
